From where does Sager Electronics distribute?
Sager services customers from two state-of-the-art distribution centers. The 100,000 SF distribution center in Middleborough, MA and a new 118,000 SF distribution center in Lewisville, TX are purposefully located for quick and efficient service. Each facility boasts a high volume, high accuracy shipping process built on sophisticated inventory management software. Product is shipped with an accuracy rating of 99.4%.
Does Sager Electronics partner with certain shipping companies?
Sager enjoys partnerships with the world’s leading logistic companies including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Expeditors International, Dimerco Logistics, Ceva Logistics, Kerry Apex Logistics, BlueGrace Logistics, GXO Logistics, Norman Global Logistics, and Pegasus Logistics. Leverage Sager’s logistic relationships, or use your customer-specific shipping account.
Customers may select from a variety of shipping options, including express, ground, or freight. In stock items are shipped same-day when ordered before 4 PM ET.
What forms of payment does Sager Electronics accept?
At this time, Sager accepts all major credit cards along with offering credit terms to qualified business customers. For customers looking to pay with terms or contract pricing, a MySager online account may be the better option.
Does Sager Electronics offer backordering on Sager.com?
Existing customers have the ability to place orders for items that are not currently in inventory. Please note that factory lead times are supplier-provided and subject to change.
Is Sager Electronics certified to the most current ISO standard?
Sager is certified to the most current and internationally recognized standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 for medical assemblies, AS9100D for aerospace, EIA 625 for Electrostatic Discharge, and MIL-STD-2073-1D. In addition to being safety certified by UL, IEC, CSA, TUV, and VDE, Sager is UL certified for repackaged recognized components and maintains UL certifications for CQC, BIS, BSMI, UKCA, KCC, CUL & CE. Sager’s Custom Solutions Center is UL 508A certified.
