Sager Automated Inventory Replenishment System (A.I.R.S)
Through the use of an in house laser data terminal, Sager A.I.R.S is a real-time automated inventory system that assists you and your inventory management needs.
Sager's A.I.R.S program is available to qualified Customers. A.I.R.S can be used in conjunction with consignment or utilized only for replenishment of inventory.

Sager Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) - MRP
Sager offers MRP sharing through a VMI report for customers utilizing EDI or any flat file configuration. This allows us to manage your forecast and also automate the Purchase Order process.
We have the ability to convert your MRP's via EDI or Flat File and get an output report that includes customer forecast and all pertinent Peoplesoft information. This report tool gives us the ability to plan our inventory commitments based on your needs.

Monthly Billing

Bar Code Label Development
Sager ensures that each outbound package is labeled with information such as:
- Your Part Number
- Your Purchase Order Number
- Package Tracking Number
- Quantity
All bar-code labels meet the EIA-556A standard. In addition, we have the ability to customize the labels to meet your individual needs, which:
- Lowers rate of error
- Facilitates customer process for receiving product
- Facilitates UPS tracking for packages

EIA Standard Bar Code Label
Sager ships every package with an EIA-556A standard bar code label through our computerized warehouse management system allowing us to fill orders more quickly and accurately.
Sager also has the ability to customize the standard bar code label to meet requirements for qualified customers.
