Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location(s): Mendota Heights, MN;
Qualifications: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five (5) years of professional experience in business administration, including three years in a supervisory capacity. Electronic distribution experience required.
Job Description: To increase service levels, sales and profit within assigned territory through management, training and development of location personnel. Work in concert with the appropriate sales management to ensure a cohesive, visible and positive management relationship.
Manage the sales team. Prepare an annual budget and operate within the established cost controls. Prepare sales plan for territory which addresses growth, profitability and productivity. Perform all standard sales activities for assigned accounts and increase sales and profits in assigned account base. Meet with key customers to promote sales and to gain a better understanding of customer needs. Promote the use of Sager services and ensure that utilization is appropriate and that the customer segmentation guidelines are being correctly applied.
