TE has found 1 of the 16 cavities in the mold to have this condition. Cavity C7 was the one found affected. However, if the mold was dis-assembled and re-assembled it could potentially change to another cavity or be corrected. The following attachment is a TE customer drawing showing the location of the cavity ID for reference, if needed.
The product manufactured under FO R02D0367 has been identified to potentially have the polarization features wrong, as shown on the picture below. The FO information is located on the label applied to the shipping carton at the manufacturing facility. The affected product should be returned following the normal material return procedures. As located, please advise of the quantity and location of product from the affected FO.
