This PCN is to inform customers of a material change that will make all Raychem Chip Fuses Lead (Pb) Free. This change does not impact form, fit or function of these devices.
This change will be implemented on October 1, 2006.
Traceability will be managed via lot number. There will be no changes to part numbers or part descriptions.Existing inventory is RoHS compliant so there are no regulatory issues encountered with existing products. Therefore, inventory will be managed on a First-In-First-Out basis.
Test Samples are available upon request.
A full qualification test report will be available September 1, 2006.
