Executive Team
Raymond P. Norton III, Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience at Sager Electronics, CEO Ray Norton directs the vision and overall growth of the company. He manages and monitors senior management; promotes the quality standard the company has achieved; and interfaces with key customers and suppliers. Named president in 1975, Ray has managed growth and expansion efforts, including the company's move from Boston to its current headquarters in Weymouth. He has worked in every aspect of the business, starting in shipping as a teenager and working up through the ranks. Ray is a graduate of Boston University and a licensed pilot.

Frank Flynn, President
As President, Frank Flynn ensures the execution of strategic plans across the company. He works closely with the management team to develop strategies and plan implementations. Since joining Sager in 1983, Frank has held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Finance, and Director of Corporate Development at Sager. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Tom O'Reilly, Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning
As CFO, Tom is responsible for aligning Sager's financial strategy with its business strategy. He has over fifteen years experience in the banking industry for organizations such as State Street Bank and Citizens Bank as well as experience as a banker and financier to privately held family businesses, including Sager. It is with this experience that he brings to the company a solid understanding of the electronics industry and Sager's inner workings. He is a graduate of Harvard University and received his Masters degree from the Boston College Graduate School of Management.

Jon Norton, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Jon is responsible for enhancing Sager's value in the marketplace through the development of strategic customer and supplier relationships. In his thirty years of experience at Sager, Jon has held various sales and marketing management positions with specific focus in the areas of product marketing, quality, branding, sales training and strategic market analysis. A native of Hingham, Massachusetts, Jon is a graduate of Boston University.

Merrill Mahoney, Executive Vice President
Since joining Sager in 1991, Merrill Mahoney has been closely involved with all aspects of Sager's operations including the distribution center, supply chain management, operating systems, quality assurance and service programs. In her current role as Executive Vice President, Merrill is committed to maximizing efficiencies. She is responsible for the company's Quality Program and she works closely with members of Management, Operations and Sales on the identification and implementation of process and improvement strategies. Merrill is a graduate of Lehigh University.

PJ Murphy, Vice President Sales, East
PJ Murphy has been with the Sager team for a combined total of twenty-two years. His market knowledge and leadership has provided our field sales team with a clear plan for providing the industry's highest levels of customer service. As Vice President Sales, East, PJ is responsible for the performance and execution of Sager's customer-focused strategy and programs for our Eastern Region sales team. PJ is a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Economics and Finance.

Bruce Kellar, Vice President Sales, West
A six-year veteran of Sager, Bruce Kellar led the charge in establishing Sager's West Coast presence. Tapping into his keen sales, marketing and people skills, Bruce was critical in the development of the California Service Center to its present market position. In his day-to-day duties, Bruce oversees the implementation and execution of Sager's sales strategy and programs for his team of professionals. Prior to joining Sager, Bruce was with Acacia/Deanco for 18 years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. A native of Southern California, he attended Fullerton College.

Shannon Freise, Vice President Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Shannon Freise oversees Sager's Information Technology Department and warehousing capabilities including its world-class distribution center and third party logistics. With a focus on enhanced productivity and operational excellence, she provides leadership for the development and delivery of infrastructures, applications and processes that ensure Sager's operations provide a competitive advantage to the company. Prior to joining Sager in 1998, Shannon managed extensive applications development and deployment projects at KAO InfoSystems. She holds a B.S. in business from Rockhurst College.

Faris Aruri, Vice President Corporate Marketing
As Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Faris is responsible for Sager’s corporate marketing efforts. Under Faris’s direction, he and his team are responsible for the development, strategy, and promotion of Sager's franchised suppliers. In addition, Faris will initiate strategic programs within our company and our vendors to provide the highest value to our customers. Prior to joining Sager in 2000, Faris held various management level positions at companies such as Augat and Thomas & Betts where he most recently was the Director of Distribution. Faris is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Craig Sanderson, Vice President
As a senior member of Sager's Product Marketing team with responsibility for our Switches, Sensors, Relays & Circuit Protection suppliers, Craig has played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of Sager's product and sales strategies. Craig works in concert with the Sager sales organization and our suppliers to provide Sager's mid tier customer competitive product and service solutions. In his more than twenty years with Sager, Craig has served in sales, marketing and purchasing positions including Branch Manager, Corporate Marketing Manager and Vice President of Sales. Craig holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
